Group sessions and private one-on-one sessions are available depending on the client’s preferences.

Our group sessions run about 55 minutes long and the atmosphere we try to create is amazing when you’re conditioning your muscles and core with others alongside you! If you’re looking for a more personalized session, then a private class may be the best option for you. Private clients will be paired with one of our trusted team of instructors and we will specifically work out whatever part of the body you wish to improve your range of motion.

We also offer Express Pilates, for clients who are limited on time and are looking for a 30 minute session that’ll still help them feel completely stretched and relaxed.

A new class has been added to our agenda at Movement of Pilates, called Therapeutic Stretch Pilates. This class is compelled of certain stretches and movements that help target a certain area in pain or discomfort. We utilize equipment like foam rollers and massage techniques to help our clients de-stress and improve motion.

After 55 minutes, your body will thank you! The last class we showcase at Movement of Pilates is ScolioPilates. Studio owner Melissa Lee really loves helping people of all ages and abilities and this class focuses on correcting clients that deal with Scoliosis and wish to improve their way of life with a more neutral positioned spine.

Techniques include traction, stretching, and breathing exercises that are proven to combat the effects of Scoliosis. No matter your ailment or walk of life, let us help you at Movement of Pilates Today!
